    Hotel pickup or harbour meeting point, depending on whether the trip is private or shared.

    07:30 · Crossing

    30–45 minutes by speedboat, or 1.5–2 hours on a wooden boat.

  3. 03

    08:30–11:00 · The trek

    Register at Loh Buaya, take the short or medium loop with a licensed ranger.

  4. 04

    11:30–14:00 · Second stop

    A snorkel site or beach, with lunch served aboard.

  5. 05

    15:00–16:30 · Return

    Back into Labuan Bajo harbour by late afternoon.
