Rinca Island Guide is an independent travel content site, part of Juara Holding Group. It is not a government body, not a park concessionaire, and not itself a licensed tour operator. Where this site refers to booking a trip, that booking is fulfilled by Komodo Luxury, operated by PT Komodo Bahari Nusantara under Indonesian business classification KBLI 79120 (tour and travel agency activities). Any contract for a boat charter, day trip, or liveaboard booking is between you and that operator, governed by the operator’s own booking terms provided at the time of your reservation.

Government fees, quotas, and regulations referenced on this site (including under PP No. 36/2024 and the SiOra booking rules in force since April 2026) are current as of the “last updated” date shown on each relevant page, and are sourced directly from the Komodo National Park Authority wherever possible. These figures can change without this site being notified in advance. Always confirm current fees and requirements with your operator or the official park authority before traveling, particularly if your trip date is more than a few months away from when you read this page.
